EcoVAP has established processes and partners to ensure continuous manufacturing of its environmentally protective products to supply global demand. After years of panel design optimization, our third-generation panels can be manufactured in partnership with existing injection molding operations found in most major countries around the world. Instead of shipping hundreds of thousands of evaporative panels, we simply send several 23,000lb molds to the fulfillment center closest to the project site and begin large scale manufacturing locally.
Each EcoVAP Evaporative Matrix (EM) installation consists of thousands of individual EM panels optimized for simple manufacturing. The precision designed EM panel reduces total required part count to a few individually manufactured parts, greatly simplifying logistics and fabrication while creating tremendous economies of scale. Each part is fabricated through a refined injection molding process with consistent results.
During the final stages of fabrication Evaporative Matrix panels are palletized for shipping. At the project site installation teams use rubber mallets to quickly assemble panels into fully operational Evaporative Matrix structures in as little as 2-3 weeks.
EcoVAP designs and manufactures a wide range of customizations to ensure Evaporative Matrix installations are optimized for site-specific conditions including limited land footprints and evaporation pond floats.
Water is distributed over EcoVAP Evaporative Matrix panels using our proprietary low pressure, high volume water irrigation system. A unique spiral sprayer was designed to send water over the evaporative structure in thick sheets of large water droplets eliminating any misting that might drift away from the structure during a distribution cycle.
EcoVAP caps Evaporative Matrix structures with spray guards (highlighted in yellow) as a secondary measure to prevent overspray and particulate drift. This effective barrier contains water within the structure while maximizing overall water distribution.
